The Eucalyptuses House is a villa of 120 square meters, surrounded by a charming garden and a private pine-wood of 10.000 square meters, at 70 meters from the sea, in the Schiopparello area.
The beach is a small-rocks beach, from which it is possible to enjoy a stunning view on the green Porotoferraio Gulf. So on one side there’s the colourful countryside, on the other the castle of Volterraio stands out among hills and forests.
The Eucalyptuses House is the ideal place for a relaxing and quite vacation, among friends or family.
At 400mt from the House there’s a Bar which sells newspapers and cigarettes, and a small grocery.
The House can be rent out weekly or for longer periods. It is completely furnished and can host up to 6 persons in warmly furnished, pleasant rooms.
